According to a new report entitled The State of European Tech 2017, Ireland's tech ecosystem is thriving. The research found that Ireland had the fastest-growing tech worker population of any European country in 2017 with year over year growth at 5.3 percent. It is also one of the top European countries for capital invested per capita which stood at $111 last year, second only to Sweden where it was $123. The Netherlands cames second for tech worker population growth last year at 4.8 percent while Germany rounded off the top three with 4.2 percent.
