That’s why when IT professionals, business executives, and backup administrators are shopping around for cloud storage, they report showing a preference for features like file-base recovery and technical support, according to a study conducted by Barracuda Networks. The report also found that firms are protecting email, database, application, R&D, and even multimedia data in the cloud.
While cost is a factor and received an average rating of 4.27 out of 5 within the report, it ranks lower than other issues, like ease of use and protecting data across all systems.
