In the wake of the airstrike on a UN aid convoy in Syria on Monday, this infographic looks at the amount of aid workers killed around the world between 2005 and 2015. Over this period, the peak for such deaths was in 2013, when 156 were killed. In 2015, the most common location for attacks (not necessarily resulting in any deaths) was on the road.
