The Swedish H&M Group is expanding worldwide. According to the company, its core brand H&M opened physical stores in 3 more countries in 2016 and is aiming for another 5 this year. Online expansion is somewhat easier to achieve, so in 2016 the H&M brand opened in 11 more digital markets and is aiming for another 5 in 2017. Second most present brand is the upmarket COS. The smaller brands are all online first.
