Customer service chatbots are the most common form of generative AI support used by the travel industry according to an Amedeus study. Of the travel industry respondents, 69% indicated that they use AI for customer support. But there are far more use cases for the technology, AI was also used in marketing, product and operations by more than half of the respondents and in HR by just over a quarter.
